NE Software Training Solutions, LLC (NESTS), founded by Cindy Vincent, is a women-own business that dedicates its resources to providing our clients with professional training and certification on their office software and hardware. Our professional training and certification, in conjunction with our consulting services, help our clients to plan, manage, trouble-shoot and stay on top of computer technology. Additionally, NESTS provides executive coaching, facilitation, organizational development, safety, leadership, and management training courses tailored to address the specific needs of our clients.

Instructor-Led Private Classroom Training

NE Software Training Solutions, LLC’s Instructor-Led Training Program is a fully supported, hands-on classroom training solution conducted at either that company's training facilities or facilities arranged by NESTS. With this training option, students will directly benefit from the knowledge of experienced instructors who are experts in their fields and are dedicated to presenting even the most technical courses in a way, which is clear and easy to understand.

 

Our training curriculum is customized specifically to your needs and classes are conveniently scheduled in part- and full-day sessions, so that you can reduce your out-of-office time or accelerate your learning.

 

On-site Training

On-site training permits companies to adapt our courses to their organization's specific environment, goals, delivery mechanism, or curricula needs.

Our Partner Program creates opportunities for our partners to increase revenue opportunities, lower their cost of doing business, get solutions to market faster, and expand their business networks.

Our partners are given flexibility to choose the level of engagement with NESTS that best supports your business needs.

 

Dedicated Training Team

Your business will be assigned to a dedicated team of trainers and consultants and an account manager. Through our years of experience, we have discovered that a team approach ensures constant communication between your business and NE Software Training Solutions, LLC.

 

NESTS Instructors

The NESTS training team has over fifteen (15) years of computer training experience - from high-level IT professionals to end-users at all levels - and can handle all of your customers’ training needs.

 

NESTS’ instructors are thoroughly trained and certified in their respective area(s) of expertise and provide the highest level of quality, interactive and productive learning experience for students. Our instructors are regularly tested and students complete an evaluation of each instructor at the end of each course. We require our instructors to maintain a 90 percent or higher student approval rating.

Help Desk - Supplementing

Many companies have their own internal help desk that do an outstanding job of serving their users; however, during vacations or rollouts of new software and hardware the demand can exceed what your staff can handle.  NESTS can provide trained help desk staff to supplement the full time help desk making life for both the help desk employees and the users easier.

 

Help Desk  - NESTS

NESTS has a pay-per-incident help desk to which your company can subscribe.  Our help desk supports a wide variety of applications.  This is especially valuable for post training.

 

Desk Side Assistance

Desk Side Assistance positions a NESTS consultant among your staff ready to answer spontaneous questions and solve problems on the spot.  An excellent service during times of migration, desk side assistance can also perform the service of ad hoc training and troubleshooting rollout problems
