Lance started his professional career in 1980 as a 74F Programmer/Analyst in the US Army.  Living in Germany, we worked with IBM mainframes developing strength accounting applications for the Army.  While studying at Florida Institute of Technology, he founded Keene Systems, Inc. in 1987.  Upon finishing his bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 1988, Lance moved on to Texas where he served as a consultant to IBM, Texas Instruments, Motorola and EDS.  In the 1989 he founded Cybex Corp., a robotics firm which is still in business today.  Later, in 1991, Lance became co-founder and VP of Engineering for The Sarbrook Co., Inc. where he developed a database driven document control system that managed manufacturing specifications for Fortune 500 companies.  In 1997, Lance served as a consultant to Mack Trucks, Inc., developing trucking applications in Visual Basic.  After completing the Sale of Sarbrook in 1999, he became an angel investor and a senior developer at MeansBusiness.com, an internet startup specializing in business book extracts.  Since 1998, Lance and his team have been developing database driven web applications using Microsoft technologies.

Loredo Sola, Senior .Net Architect / Team Lead

Loredo was VP Engineering and CTO for MeansBusiness , which focused on selling book-based business knowledge on the Web using co-branding and 2nd generation syndication technology. Prior to that he was Director of Engineering for Vicinity Corp  (VCNT) . Vicinity is the company that developed the mapping technology used by MapBlast.com, Microsoft's online map generation service. He directed the group that pioneered one of the first web technology syndication services at Vicinity. Prior to that he co-founded Codman Research Group and Thoughtpath Inc. He was the original architect and lead engineer for the Windows version of MISys Level 1-3. Loredo has over 22 years experience in software product design, development and technical management. Sunil Chavan, Project Manager

A PostGraduate in Statistics from University of Pune, stepped into the world computer software in 1979 under the auspices of Tata Burroughs Limited (known as Tata Infotech Limited today). Sunil spent eight years working on several technical projects spanning complete software development life cycle, including pre-sales, bid preparation, project management. For next three years Sunil was involved in setting up an offshore development center (within Tata Burroughs) for a large multinational company. From there on Sunil changed tracks from technical work and moved to Business Development role in Mahindra British Telecom. MBT was in its formative stages in 1990, when Sunil took over the reins of its UK operations. Sunil set up the UK office and grew business from Rs. 12 million to Rs. 350 million in 6 years. While registering a near 100% growth in business per year, Sunil acquired a degree in Marketing Management from University of Westminster in London.


Bako Sreeram, Senior Developer / Team Lead

Bako has been in the industry for over 25 years. Starting his career as a programmer, he handled various responsibilities of the entire Software Development Life Cycle. Bako worked in Silicon Valley for 12 years developing and managing software projects. The experience of working with international firms helped him understand the strict quality adherence expected by International clients. QA and Processes has been his main forte. Bako brings the CMM culture to Keene Systems.


Gary Southard, Business Analyst

Gary is a senior business and technology manager with many years of experience in planning, developing, and implementing web based software, platforms and eCommerce systems. As Director of Engineering at Providus Software Solutions he managed the creation of multiple releases of Risk Resolve, an operational risk and compliance management product for large financial institutions.  As Vice President of Application Engineering Services at Deutsche Asset Management / Scudder Investments Gary was responsible for building an eCommerce infrastructure and launching over 19 personalized public, investor, and business to business web sites. Gary launched CMGi owned Planet Direct, a high volume consumer portal site that quickly grew to over 500,000 registered users and was later renamed MyWay.com. Gary received his MBA from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.


Chris Zarza - Graphic Design, Print Design

Chris has 23 years of design and marketing experience.  He has designed everything from packaging for major software companies, to web sites and newspaper ads for small businesses.  He spent 6 years designing in house at Lotus (now IBM) and has worked for many studios and agencies in the Boston area.  He founded Studio Z Design, Inc. in 1993.  Studio Z is a print and web shop with a flair for design, driven by strategic branding. His strongest skill are: design, illustration, GUI design, strategic branding and information architecture.  Chris is an expert in Photoshop and works closely with our programmers to deliver polished user interfaces.

Camille Roy - Senior Software Engineer / Database Engineer

Camille is a veteran software developer who got her start in 1995 as a C++ programmer. Since 2000 she has been doing web development, first in ASP then switching to ASP.Net/C#. Throughout her career she has worked with databases and is now an expert in SQL Server and TSQL stored procedure development. At Partners Healthcare Camille developed Patient-Data management web applications. She developed a multi-tier securities tracking and management web application for Informa Global Markets. She has done projects for the Mass. Division of Insurance, the Mass. Human Resources Division, the Mass. Board of Registration in Medicine, mutual fund management company State Street Research, Communispace Corp, Hoyts Cinemas Corporation, Breakaway, CRI: The Resource Group and the Idaho Transportation Department. Camille received her Bachelor of Science, Computer Science from Boise State University, Boise Idaho.


Jeremiah Baker - Web Marketing, Graphic Design

Jeremiah is an Internet Marketing Specialist with many years of experience in planning, developing, and implementing Internet marketing strategies and eCommerce systems. He is also an accomplished user interface designer who has written a Web design course that is being taught in over 50 cities throughout the U.S.  He specializes in driving traffic to Websites and writing effective sales copy to convert these leads into paying customers. He also specializes in designing user friendly Websites that are fast loading and easy to navigate.  His most recent achievement was helping a small ecommerce company generate over $270,000 in their first 7 weeks of being online.  Jeremiah has consulted with such firms as: Hewlett-Packard, Nokia, Honeywell, Equifax, Nervewire and many smaller firms. He spent many years designing and developing software systems and Web interfaces before transitioning into Internet Marketing.  He graduated with a B.A. in Economics and a concentration in Graphic Arts.
